We are one of the most experienced and successful fertility and gynaecology services in Birmingham, operating out of the BMI Priory Fertility Centre since it was established in 1989.

S. Baghdadi Fertility is led by Mr Sabah Baghdadi, a renowed fertility expert with over 30 years experience in the Priory Hospital's fertility centre at which Mr Baghdadi practices as Medical Director, Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist.

Within infertility, Mr Baghdadi has developed an excellent reputation over his 30 years vast experience, based on the individualisation of patients care. He is supported by an excellent nursing and embryology team whose expertise he depends on.

Mr Baghdadi also offers a comprehensive approach to Gynaecology at the BMI Priory Hospital as well as providing treatment for women's wellbeing, which can cause infertility such as endometriosis, fibroids, polycystic ovaries and polyps.

Mr Sabah Baghdadi

Mr Baghdadi has more than 30 years experience with the Fertility Centre at The Priory Hospital since its establishment in 1989. He finished his research in infertility at Birmingham University in 1992 M.Med. Sci. Degree in infertility.

Part of his work was in male infertility. Mr Baghdadi was trained by and worked with the pioneers of the time; consultants who put their stamps on infertility work over the years, such as the late Mr Robert Sawers, who established the Priory IVF unit.

He has also worked in embryology which gave him more insight about infertility. In 1992, he joined Oxford Medical School to finish his British qualifications LMSSA, LRCP, LRCS (Licentiate of Royal college of Physicians and Surgeons). Please see the link below:
